The family behind Party Ponies and Pets has
many years experience facilitating people/animal
interactions. We are pleased to devote the
time and attention needed to maintain very
special animals, and provide excellent service
to our clients.
The concept originated
as Party Animals Farm
in Moorpark, which became very popular during the late
90's,hosting parties and school field trips with pony rides and petting zoo, teaching
riding lessons for children, and driving
a Belgian team for wagon rides.

The Dad in our famiy was riding big horses
by the time he was 2 years
old. In the 70's
and 80's, he operated a
trail riding stable at a Rocky Mountain resort with his father.

The Mom in our family entertained children
at parties, schools and events with the trick
horse she trained as a teen, and also loved
her job caring for and presenting lions,
leopards, exotic and and endangered animals
to the public live and on TV. Employed as
an aniimal handler, she presented camels,
horse, sheep, and donkeys onstage at Radio
City Music Hall's Living Nativity in New York City. |

Now we are blessed to be parents of a young
child growing up on the farm, sharing the joy and
love of the animals; and learning kindness
and respect by example. |
Our animals have been invited to the Red
carpet in Hollywood,
and featured on Animal Planet, Nicolodeon
TV, "America's Greatest Pets",
"Good Day LA", "Ripley's
Believe
It Or Not", and more.

I've always had a passion for animals ~ training
and sharing them, which includes my first
horse, Magic. She has been with me almost
30 years now. As a teen, I taught her to
do over 25 tricks, such as smile, take a
bow, wave, lay down, balance on a teeter
totter, twirl a rope, etc. I use gentle, positive training methods.
Magic has been to every
state except Hawaii.
Now she’s mostly retired,
enjoying children
and travels whenever she
gets the opportunity.
Some of our credits are Disney, Nicolodeon
TV, Universal Studios, Animal Planet Pet
Star, and Rolling Stone Magazine with the
cast of "Friends" on her back.
Our live studio performance was a winner
on the "Extreme Gong
Show,"
My greatest accomplishment with Magic is
the trust we share. Knowing Magic is a highlight
of my life.

I'm really happy that my gentle old horse
and my young child can get to know each other,
and the legacy lives on.
I love sharing animals
with children.
